Booking Rates – Note – All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Dates may be requested using our Online Booking Request Form.

Main Hall
(53ft long x 32ft wide) Capacity; Maximum 150 Seated or 200 Standing. (we have around 140 chairs)
Please be aware that if you have tables around the edge of the hall this lessens the capacity to a maximum of 120 Seated.

Event Staffing (House Manager, Door and Fire Stewards – when required.)
Fully licensed bar unless otherwise requested.
These prices do NOT include additional staffing or security staff.
We can arrange SIA staff at £12 per hour if required for your event.

The Stage, and basic house lights are part of Hall booking fee. P.A. etc is not included.
Any additional equipment will involve an extra charge.
Basic Technical assistance is included. (See technical notes for more info.)
Lighting or sound technicians will be an additional cost.


A Deposit of 1/3 of total cost or £50 is required to secure your booking.
Your deposit is payable 14 days before the event and is non-returnable with the remaining balance payable on event night.

A Door Split arrangement requires a £50 charge which is non-returnable & not included as part of any door split. Please ensure that you have read the technical notes and have read our terms and conditions before signing your booking form.
