Booking Rates – Note – All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Dates may be requested using our Online Booking Request Form.

Main Hall
(53ft long x 32ft wide) Capacity; Maximum 170 Seated or 200 Standing.
Please be aware that if you have tables around the edge of the hall this lessens the capacity to a maximum of 120 Seated.


Full Day (9am – 5pm) £100
Half Day (9am – 1pm or 1pm – 5pm) £60
Hourly Rate £19 (min 2hrs)

Full Day (9am – 5pm) £150
Half Day (9am – 1pm or 1pm – 5pm) £90
Hourly Rate £25 (min 2hrs)


£350 (8pm to midnight) Fridays and Saturdays
£400 (8pm to 1am) Saturday only can be extended to 1am on special occasions.

Evening rates for anything other than Musical Gigs can be discussed with the Booking Manager. Door Splits are available for some events. Please email for details.

From £700 to £1500 per full day and evening, cost is dependent on your staffing and technical needs. Please contact Booking Manager to discuss.


Weekdays; £100 per 8 hour day
Weekends; £150 per 8 hour day
Additional hours can be booked pro-rata. Please be aware that the cafe is closed on Sunday and Monday but can be opened for a £30 charge.
Hire Includes:

Event Staffing (House Manager, Door and Fire Stewards – when required.)
Fully licensed bar unless otherwise requested.
These prices do NOT include additional staffing or security staff.
We can arrange SIA staff at £12 per hour if required for your event.

The Stage, basic house lights and a very basic P.A is included in the hire cost.
Any additional equipment will involve an extra charge.
Basic Technical assistance is included. (See technical notes for more info.)
Lighting or sound technicians will be an additional cost.

Red and Green Rooms
(11’7 and 12’8 wide respectively – both 33’3 long) Each room can seat 45 people.

Weekly Rate £220 – Tuesday to Saturday, 9am – 5pm

A Deposit of 1/3 of total cost or £50 is required to secure your booking.
Your deposit is payable 14 days before the event and is non-returnable with the remaining balance payable on event night.

A Door Split arrangement requires a £50 charge which is non-returnable & not included as part of any door split. Please ensure that you have read the technical notes and have read our terms and conditions before signing your booking form.
