Instrumentalist, singer and intergalactic multi-talent Jenny Bliss and her hand-picked team of harpsichordist/jazz musician David Gordon ( ‘ a richly gifted player with a sparkling style and boundless imagination’ The Independent on Sunday) and double bass maestro and tabla player Ben Hazleton ( ‘sophisticated’ The Guardian) plan to take you on an unparalleled musical journey.

The new combo, the Jenny Bliss Trio, share a passion for the wild and woolly, the avant garde and the melodic, the classical and the popular, the ancient and the contemporary, but above all for music created in the moment, unbound by any conventions or rule books.

Expect to hear improvisations on Indian Ragas, on the mystic modes of Messiaen, according to the esoteric 17th century genius Heinrich Biber, on Vivaldi , Bach and Mozart or on the Great American Songbook, as well as original compositions, new evocative songs by Jenny, Leonard Cohen songs, special guests, and an atmosphere to excite and to heal.

Support act from sublime lutenist Yair Avidor , lute player in Nigel Kennedys’ orchestra, who will play divinely sensuous music from the Palace of Versailles on the 14 string bass lute.
