Glastonbury Indoor Market
The holding of an indoor market at the Assembly Rooms on Tuesdays (Glastonbury’s traditional market day) is now long established. Some of you may remember the Bizarre Bazaar and the Secret Market.
The Glastonbury Indoor Market is a continuation of the good work started by others. We envisage it as a showcase for the talent that is prevalent in the locality and throughout the county.
We will offer goods and services from the everyday to the unusual across the 26-28 tables available.
Glastonbury & Somerset people draw their influences and creativity from a diverse range of religions and belief systems. Over 70 different faiths are practised in the local area and it is the essence of spirituality and originality that we hope to capture within the market.
The town of Glastonbury is set amongst the beautiful Somerset countryside and thousands of people visit the Tor and Glastonbury Abbey every year. Even though we make no such claims of greatness, the market is a colourful, vibrant and fun place to visit and be a part of.
We hope to see you there.
